1. Who I Am I am Nina Sterngold, owner of Goldstar Coaching, based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. You can contact me via email at nina@goldstar-coaching.com for questions related to your personal data.

2. What Personal Data I Collect and Why I collect only the data necessary to provide coaching services, respond to inquiries, or improve your experience on my website. This may include: Name and contact information (e.g. email) Coaching session notes (with your consent) Website usage data (e.g. through cookies and analytics) I process your data only with a valid legal basis — for example, when you contact me, enter into a coaching agreement, or give consent.

3. How I Store and Protect Your Data I store data securely using encrypted digital tools and password-protected devices. Coaching records and client data are never shared with third parties, unless required by law or with your explicit permission. Data is kept only as long as necessary for our work together or for legal/accounting purposes.

4. Sharing Your Data I do not sell, trade, or rent your data. Your information may be shared with third-party tools I use for operations, but only under strict data protection agreements. These may include: Wix (website provider) Tally or similar forms (for intake/reflection forms) Appointment Booking: I use the service Cal.com for scheduling appointments. When you book a session via my website, personal data such as your name, email address, and preferred appointment time are processed on Cal.com’s servers. This processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures) and, if applicable, your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). More info: https://cal.com/privacy Online Sessions: For coaching sessions, I typically use Google Meet, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited. Personal data such as your name, email address, and IP address may be processed during the use of Google Meet. This processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR as necessary to fulfill our coaching contract. 5. Cookies and Analytics Cookies This website uses only essential cookies that are necessary for it to function properly. These cookies are automatically set by our website provider (Wix.com) and enable features such as session management, page performance, and security. Examples of such cookies include: Session identifiers Load balancing and site stability functions Functional logging (e.g. for performance monitoring) No cookies are used for marketing, analytics, or tracking purposes. You may control or delete cookies via your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect the functionality of the site. If you book a session via our calendar tool (Cal.com), please note that Cal.com may also set essential cookies to ensure the booking process works correctly. No additional cookies for profiling or advertising are used.
