Terms & Conditions

1. Scope


These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all coaching services provided by Goldstar Coaching, owned by Nina Sterngold, based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

2. Services
Goldstar Coaching offers personal and professional coaching sessions via online platforms or in person, as agreed with the client.

3. Booking and Payment

  • Coaching sessions must be booked in advance via the provided booking system, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Payment is due according to the agreed rates and terms, either before or immediately after the session, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Accepted payment methods will be specified during booking.

 

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Clients may cancel or reschedule sessions up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty.

  • Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before the session may be subject to full or partial payment.

  • In case of no-shows, the full fee may apply.

 

5. Confidentiality
All coaching conversations and client information are confidential and will not be shared without explicit consent, except as required by law.

6. Liability

  • Coaching is a professional service aimed at personal development; it is not therapy or medical treatment.

  • Goldstar Coaching does not accept liability for any outcomes or decisions made by the client based on coaching sessions.

  • Clients are responsible for their own decisions and actions.

 

7. Data Protection
Personal data collected during coaching services will be handled according to the Privacy Policy of Goldstar Coaching and applicable Dutch and EU data protection laws.

8. Termination
Either party may terminate the coaching agreement at any time with written notice. Outstanding fees for completed sessions remain payable.

 

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Netherlands.
